Meet Jenée Hudson!

Jenée Hudson was born and raised in Dugway, Utah, on an army base, (AKA an Army brat). Jenée attended Woodridge High School in a multicultural environment, on an Air Force base in England UK. Not much longer after graduation, Jenée moved to Michigan where she experienced a culture shock, got married, and had 2 children.

Jenée worked multiple jobs and put herself through college. One of the companies was at Kmart Headquarters where she was promoted to 3 different roles, Return Logistics Analyst, Allocations Specialist, and a Co-Buyer within the Women’s Plus Size Department. During that time, Jenée also received her Master’s degree in Organizational Management; Leadership.

After 8 years of Jenee's tenure at Kmart Headquarters, the company downsized, and unfortunately, Jenée was a part of that transition. Change for her was challenging but she had no choice, which led her to the Human Resources staffing field. First, as a Corporate Recruiter in an office setting for a company that dealt with the Big 3 Automotive industries, and later she recruited from home for IT, Banking, and Medical job positions.

During another transition, Jenée excelled into a rewarding position at Vista Maria, as an HR Generalist. Vista Maria is a social services facility for troubled youth. Jenée worked there for 3 years before her position had to downsize and end. She received a world of knowledge, as the position not only gave her experience in the HR department, but it showed her a world where she could be helpful to young people through volunteering. It also increased her knowledge of the morals and values of others. Jenée will forever be grateful from the lessons learned from there.

Then another transition happened, and Jenée received another HR Generalist position within the Industrial Industry. This position later turned into a promotion as HR Manager/Executive level, then a multiple-role position, where Jenée did it all; HR Manager, Generalist, Recruiting Manager, Labor Relations, multi-state traveler, conducted hiring/dismissals, process and procedures, conducted monthly executive meetings and managed employees overall. This only touches the surface of everything Jenée managed at this company. Jenée worked there for many years in a Senior Management role.

As time went by, Jenée was unexpectedly unemployed from the corporate world and COVID-19 was in effect, where no positions were available for her based on her well-rounded experience. Jenée decided to start her own businesses!

Jenée is a proud African American woman, with strength and guidance from God, that has kept her humble and overwhelmed with gratitude! Jenée has been challenged to uplift herself, get through many obstacles and unfortunate situations during the course of her personal life and career. Such experiences gave her determination to persevere and made her become well-rounded, and educated during her 20 years within the HR field and have strengthened her knowledge, expertise, and passion. Jenée could have gone back to a normal 9-5 job but instead she took a chance on herself, changed her mindset, surroundings and started her own businesses and is successfully conducting three of them.

Jenée stands for inclusiveness. Her mission is to empower and motivate entrepreneurs and professionals to overcome challenges, walk by faith, believe in themselves, and reach their full potential through her dynamic speaking and personalized mentoring.
